
In 1996, a Western New York Nonprofit that was at $2 million in revenue that year, asked Murak & Associates, LLC to facilitate a Functional Strategic Planning Process© with their Board of Directors and Management Team. As a first step, we recommended that they start with a Culture Scale and Shareback® survey of all of their Board Members, all of their management and all of their staff. The results of this strategic planning engagement in 1996, let them to 1999 revenues of $3.5 million!
In 1999, this same Western New York Nonprofit called us back to facilitate a second Functional Strategic Planning Process©. Again we started with a Culture Scale and Shareback® survey of all of their Board Members, all of their management and all of their staff. The results of this second engagement led them to five (5) times revenue growth in eight (8) years by 2004, or total revenues of $10 million!
