Murak & Associates, LLC has developed an innovative technique for companies to utilize in the initial analysis phase of a project. This creative strategy is the Shareback®.

Shareback®

This refined and trademarked process has provided dramatic results for a variety of businesses since 1991.

The Shareback® process is for companies or organizations who want to...

  • quickly and cost effectively assess their organization's strengths and weaknesses;
  • improve organizational performance and set the framework for employee buy-in when changing corporate culture;  
  • understand internal factors, which are a key element of functional strategic planning for growth.

The Shareback® process allows for all employees and management of an organization to share their ideas on a level playing field. This is a confidential, non-threatening process that provides total anonymity. During a one-hour meeting everyone provides their responses to a short series of carefully-constructed and sequenced questions. 

Murak & Associates, LLC then compiles the responses into a document that readily provides the information needed while insuring the confidentiality of all respondents. The consultants then review this unedited document with the CEO and/or key decision makers. A statistical summary will be completed as part of the Shareback® Review if requested by the client. The ultimate objective is to then share the results with everyone, hence the name “Shareback®,” and to take positive action on the opportunities identified.
